Before choosing a location, check where the grid has available capacity
Available-capacity lists from PSE, PGE, Tauron, Enea, Energa and Stoen on one map: 590 substations with reported capacity for generators and over 2,000 entries in application lists. Compare reported capacity with application pressure before spending money on land.
This tool looks at substations. If you want to start from a specific piece of land, check a land parcel for RES: for the selected location we will show the nearest substation's available capacity, the application queue, forms of nature protection, the local spatial development plan and flood risk.

Data source status: 6 operators, publication date and link
Every number on the map comes from a grid operator's publication required by Article 7(8l) of the Energy Law. The table below shows the publication date used for the Available capacity layer and a link to the operator's source.

We read dates and links from the same data file used to draw the map, so they change together with the data. Each operator updates its list on a different schedule, at least quarterly, which is why dates differ. The table date is the date for which the operator's list applies; where an operator does not provide that date, it is the date the publication was retrieved. If the data contain no date, the column shows ‘according to the operator's publication’. Binding data must be confirmed by the relevant DSO/TSO.

Dataset status and disclaimers
Data status and source by operator
- Nature of the data. The values presented are approximate available connection capacity and application queues at individual substations/primary substations (GPZ) and in counties, published by operators (PSE, PGE Dystrybucja, TAURON Dystrybucja, Energa-Operator, Stoen Operator, Enea Operator) under the statutory obligation in Article 7(8l) of the Energy Law. Grid conditions are dynamic and change continuously; operators update the data at least quarterly.
- Verification and the unit represented by a row. Verify availability for your project using the application queue at the specific substation; publication methodologies differ between operators. A row may represent a single substation, a group of substations or a group of nodes, as defined in the operator's list.
- No binding effect. The information does not provide grounds to demand connection conditions for a chosen location or confirmation that connection is possible. The only binding confirmation is obtaining connection conditions from the relevant operator after submitting an application in accordance with its procedure.
- Basis for re-use. The aggregation constitutes re-use of public-sector information published under a statutory obligation (Article 7(8l) of the Energy Law), in accordance with the Act of 11 August 2021 on open data and re-use of public-sector information. TransakcjeOZE.pl / Fundacja EFET presents its own independent compilation of facts (capacity and application values) from multiple sources, identifying the operator; it does not reproduce operators' databases or graphics. The statutory publication obligation precludes the effectiveness of unilateral reservations restricting access to this information.
- Source and attribution. Data come from operators' websites (lists under Article 7(8l) of the Energy Law). Each entry identifies the operator and as-of date. Binding data are held by the relevant DSO/TSO.
- Disclaimer of liability. Neither Fundacja EFET (website operator) nor HWW Hewelt Wojnowski Lindner i Wspólnicy sp.k. (legal adviser) is liable to third parties for damage arising directly or indirectly from use of this information, in particular when planning a facility's location, performing calculations or making investment decisions. Use of the tool is at your own risk.
- Location and nearby application pressure are approximate. Some substation coordinates are approximate (geocoded); ‘net headroom’ (available capacity minus the queue within a radius) is a pressure indicator, not a one-to-one balance. Queue coverage is incomplete for some operators and is being supplemented.
We show capacity reported in operators' publications: a snapshot as of the publication date, reduced by issued connection conditions. It indicates where to start checking; details and differences between publication methodologies are described in About the data.
Map provenance, coverage and freshness
The map organises substation records and application lists published by grid operators. It provides an indication for further site analysis, rather than a guarantee of available capacity or a specific project's position in a queue.

10 August 2026: capacity records, application lists and source metadata were refreshed. As-of dates for individual operator publications are shown beside the data.
Method: standardising names and units, geocoding substations, joining data by location and calculating an indicative pressure measure. Coordinates and queue coverage may be incomplete. Limitations are described in About the data.

Available capacity by voivodeship
The regional-page pilot includes points whose locations were confirmed in OpenStreetMap or assigned manually. Points with approximate locations are excluded from voivodeship statistics.
