* I declare that all data I have provided about the Renewable Energy Project is true, accurate, current and consistent with the documents I hold, including in particular: technical parameters (capacity, storage capacity), development stage, location and status of regulatory documents (environmental decision, connection conditions, MPZP/WZ). * I declare that I own the Renewable Energy Project or hold a valid power of attorney or mandate to sell it granted by the owner. * I declare that I have obtained all consents, permits and decisions necessary to make the Renewable Energy Project available on the Website and that making documents available on the Website does not infringe third-party rights or confidentiality obligations. * I undertake to notify the Operator promptly (within no more than 7 days) of any material change, invalidation or expiry of the data provided in the listing, including in particular changes in the status of regulatory documents. * I acknowledge that I am liable to the Operator and potential Investors for the truthfulness of the above statements under the general principles of civil law (Article 471 KC and Article 415 KC) and that the Operator is not liable for the data I provide.
