Cookies Policy, Summary (English)

The binding version of the Cookies Policy is the Polish version at /cookies.html. This English version is an informational summary.

1. Operator

2. Legal basis

Storage and access to information on User's device follows Art. 398 of Polish Electronic Communications Law (PKE), in force since November 2024. Cookies other than strictly necessary require Your consent under GDPR. Consent is freely given, specific, informed, unambiguous, and withdrawable at any time.

3. Categories

Necessary, required for platform operation (login, session, security). Used without consent under Art. 398 PKE.
Functional, remember settings and preferences (e.g. cookie choice). Used with consent.
Analytics, analyze traffic and platform usage. Used with consent.
Marketing, personalized content and campaign measurement. Used with consent.

Maps on the platform use OpenStreetMap tiles and do not set marketing cookies.

5. Consent management

On first visit, You make a choice in the consent banner, accepting or rejecting categories other than strictly necessary. "Reject all" is equally available and visible as "Accept all" (compliant with CJEU C-252/23 and EDPB Guidelines 5/2020). Inaction (closing banner, scrolling, leaving the page) is NOT consent.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie panel ("Cookie settings" link in the footer). Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

6. Browser settings

You can also manage cookies via browser settings, including blocking or removing them. Restricting strictly necessary cookies may make some Platform features (especially login) unavailable.
