1. Introduction
The Website uses Cookies and similar technologies to store information on the User's device. This Policy explains what these technologies are, why they are used and how the User can manage consent.
2. What Cookies are
The Controller informs Users that the Website uses Cookies installed on the User's end device. Cookies are computer data, particularly text files, installed on the device of a User browsing the website. Cookies usually contain the domain name of the website from which they originate, the period for which they are stored on the end device and a unique number. They enable functions such as maintaining a login session, remembering settings and analysing use of the Website.
3. Legal basis
- Information is stored on, and information already stored on is accessed from, the User's device under Article 399(1) PKE.
- Cookies necessary to provide a service requested by the User do not require consent (Article 399(3) PKE).
- To the extent that Cookies contain Users' personal data, processing is based on the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely the need to provide the highest quality of content presented by the Controller and ensure that the Website operates correctly. Where all Cookies are used, processing is based on the User's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Types of Cookies used
Cookies used by the Controller primarily serve to optimise the User's experience of the Website. The Controller also works with other companies that provide tools supporting, in particular, the correct operation of the Website. For the purposes of the Controller's activities, the browser or other software installed on the User's device also stores third-party Cookies. Those third parties may become controllers of the User's personal data or act as joint controllers with the Controller. Cookies sent by these entities are intended to ensure secure use of the Website.
The following categories are distinguished by purpose:
Necessary: Necessary Cookies are essential for the Website's basic functions. The Website will not operate as intended without them. These Cookies do not store information that identifies an individual.
Functional: Functional Cookies support certain functions, such as sharing Website content on social media platforms, collecting feedback and other third-party functions.

The Website uses the marketing tools listed above. Maps in the Website use OpenStreetMap tiles and do not store Cookies for marketing purposes (tile requests may transmit the User's IP address to the tile provider). If further marketing tools are introduced, the Controller will update this list before activating them.
6. Managing consent
On their first visit to the Website, the User makes a choice in the cookie consent panel by accepting or rejecting individual categories of Cookies other than necessary Cookies. The User may change the selected scope of Cookie use at any time through the Website settings.
The consent panel makes rejecting individual Cookie categories as easy as accepting them. The “Necessary only” and “Change settings” buttons are as accessible and visible as “Accept all”.
Inaction, including closing the banner, scrolling or leaving the page, is not treated as consent.
Most commonly used browsers allow the User to check whether Cookies have been installed on the end device, delete installed Cookies and prevent the Website from installing them in future. Disabling or restricting Cookies may make the Website more difficult to use, for example by requiring the User to sign in on each page, increasing page loading times or restricting certain functions.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Personal data and Privacy Policy
Some Cookies allow the User to be identified indirectly, so data collected through them may constitute personal data. The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data collected through Cookies, including purposes and legal bases, retention periods, data recipients, transfers outside the EEA, User rights, contact details and how to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. 8. Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Controller may update this Cookie Policy. The Controller announces changes through a notification on the Website and makes the current document available.
