We moderate every offer, prepare NDAs and data room, verify projects under Polish energy law. The platform operates under the "powered by HWW" mark, our seal of legal accountability.

The formal operator entity is Foundation EFET, a legal vehicle owned by HWW partner Aleksandra Lindner. Polish Bar ethics rules prevent law firms from being commercial platform operators directly; the foundation resolves this constraint. The platform is in fact run by HWW.

HWW represents PV, wind and BESS developers before the Polish Energy Regulatory Authority (URE), conducts buy-side due diligence, and advises on M&A transactions of significant value. Aleksandra Lindner leads the energy practice at HWW.

Direct contact with a lawyer

Every material decision, moderation, NDA, SPA clauses, goes through an HWW lawyer. No "customer service" intermediary. Sellers and Investors talk to the energy team at the firm. Full transaction services (DD, SPA, closing), separate engagement with HWW or another law firm of your choice.

Why a foundation, not HWW directly

Polish Bar ethics rules do not permit a law firm to operate a commercial transaction platform directly. We created Foundation EFET (European Foundation For Energy Transformation) for this purpose. EFET's Founder and President of the Management Board is Aleksandra Lindner (HWW partner). The foundation is a legal vehicle; the marketplace is in fact run by HWW. Hence "powered by HWW", we stand behind every moderation decision and every document.
