Maps, registers, calculators and market statistics are free, as are browsing listings with project parameters (technology, capacity, stage and voivodeship) and viewing enquiries posted by investors. Land parcel, company and generating unit profiles open free of charge with entry names, technologies and dates; you can make the first check immediately, while further checks require a free account. Payment covers information that determines the transaction: full numerical values on land parcel, company and unit profiles, and unlocking other sellers' listings, as the free version does not show parcel numbers, seller details or documents. The scope of each charge is described in the pricing and Terms and Conditions.

For the first three billing periods, you pay PLN 19 excluding VAT per month, PLN 57 excluding VAT in total. During this time, you see full numerical values on land parcel, company and generating unit profiles, with no limit on the number of objects checked. This also includes grid context at your point: the application queue, available capacity at the nearest substation, the grid connection agreement countdown and points worth checking before a decision. Checked companies are saved in your account, and your own project and land listings are included in the same access, together with formal moderation followed by publication by the Operator. After the introductory period, the price is PLN 199 excluding VAT per month, while other sellers' listings are unlocked separately: PLN 49 excluding VAT up to 25 MW and PLN 389 excluding VAT above that capacity.

The regular price is PLN 199 excluding VAT per month and includes profiles with full values, grid context and your listings with no limit on how many you publish. If you decide after the introductory period that you do not need the tools, cancel on the Payments page in your account, without a notice period; access continues until the end of the paid month.

You can cancel at any time from the Payments page in your account, without a notice period. The agreement ends when the paid billing period in which you cancelled expires, so access continues until the end of the paid month. We do not refund a month that has already started, except as provided in the Terms and Conditions. Listings already published remain on the market until their own period ends: project listings for twelve months from publication and land listings for six months. A subscription is needed to add a listing, not to keep it published.

Company profiles are based on public registers: the National Court Register (KRS), the VAT taxpayer register and the President of URE's datasets, including the licence register and list of small installations. Grid information comes from operators' lists. Each entry gives its source and the dataset's reference date, because a record's presence only confirms that the entry appeared in the downloaded publication; it does not replace checking its current status or the scope of an authorisation during due diligence. We do not publish PESEL numbers or contact details of individuals. Send objections to processing and correction requests to biuro@fundacjaefet.pl, specifying the page address, field to correct and link to the source. The Operator will compare the request with the source publication and correct our compilation if the error is on our side.

Unlocking a single listing costs PLN 49 excluding VAT for projects up to 25 MW and PLN 389 excluding VAT above 25 MW, charged once for the selected listing. You therefore pay only for the listings you actually open, and in return you receive the project's complete data together with direct contact to the seller; access is unlocked in your account once the payment is confirmed, without waiting for the other party's consent. The fee sits outside the subscription so that advertisers do not receive enquiries without cover. If you unlock contacts regularly, there is a variant with unlimited listing unlocks for PLN 490 excluding VAT per month, which for projects above 25 MW works out cheaper from the very first unlock in a month, and up to 25 MW from the sixth.

No. The platform organises register data and connects parties, who enter into their agreement directly, without an intermediary in the discussion or a transaction commission. HWW Hewelt Wojnowski Lindner i Wspólnicy sp.k. is the platform's standing legal adviser under Section 2(2) of the Terms and Conditions: it prepared transaction document templates and checks listing documentation for completeness. Using the platform alone does not make the firm your adviser. Each party separately commissions legal services for its transaction, from due diligence to closing, from HWW or another law firm of its choice.

The platform is operated by Fundacja EFET, the Europejska Fundacja Energetycznej Transformacji (KRS 0001164353), with its registered office at ul. Łucka 18 lok. 4/L, Warsaw. The Foundation operates the service, carries out formal moderation of listings, prepares data compilations and communicates with users. Data-related reports can be sent to biuro@fundacjaefet.pl. The platform's standing legal adviser is HWW Hewelt Wojnowski Lindner i Wspólnicy sp.k. (KRS 0000713665), which prepared transaction document templates and checks listing documentation for completeness. Section 2(2) of the Terms defines this division of responsibilities: the law firm advises the Operator, rather than platform users.
