RES market participants can browse and add listings. Listings are moderated, and full listing details are unlocked by a paid unlock or a subscription that includes unlocks.

Form: technology (wind, PV or BESS), capacity, location, development stage and asking price.

Moderation and approval
The Operator checks that the description is complete and consistent; its status is shown in the My listings panel. Legal support from HWW Hewelt Wojnowski Lindner i Wspólnicy sp.k. is optional.

Every listing is moderated; Ewa Suchora-Natkaniec (EFET Foundation) handles this process.3
Publication included in Full access
After approval, we publish the listing under your subscription (PLN 199 excluding VAT/month, with the first 3 months at PLN 19 excluding VAT/month). No limit on the number of listings. Fundacja EFET issues the VAT invoice.

Publishing the teaser
The project appears on the market as a teaser, without sensitive information. Investors can express interest.

Contact and closing
You hold discussions directly through the platform. HWW can support the entire transaction (SPA, due diligence and transfer of rights).

Unlock listing
Buy a listing unlock priced according to the project's capacity, or the “Full access with unlimited listing unlocks” variant. You will see the full details: the exact location and the commercial terms.

Message the seller
After unlocking a listing, you contact the seller directly through the platform and agree on the next steps.

Transaction and closing
Due diligence, negotiation of terms and signing the agreement (SPA or assignment of shares). HWW can manage the transaction when engaged by a party.

When a single unlock is enough and when a subscription is worthwhile
A single listing unlock costs PLN 49 excluding VAT for projects up to 25 MW and PLN 389 excluding VAT for projects above 25 MW. Checking just one listing? A single unlock is enough.
Do you unlock listings regularly? The Full access with unlimited listing unlocks variant costs PLN 490 excluding VAT/month (PLN 602.70 including VAT). Counted together with the price of Full access (PLN 199 excluding VAT/month), for projects above 25 MW it works out cheaper from the very first unlock in a month, because PLN 389 + PLN 199 comes to PLN 588.
