Check a company and its installations

One field serves four data sets: the licence register of the President of URE, the MIOZE register of small installation generators, capacity market auction results and company profiles from the KRS. Enter a NIP number, an entity name or a capacity market unit code, and you will get a company card with everything those data sets hold about it. The number of entries in each data set is shown by the badges next to the Register field at the top of the page.

As a rule no. The open data set of the President of URE reflects licences current as at the retrieval date, and between retrievals the term of some entries expires, so individual licences past their term do appear in the set until the next refresh. The validity filter narrows to licences whose term ends in the coming months; there is no separate „already expired" option, because the set is not an archive and does not collect such entries. Revocations and the full history of an entry are established only by licensing due diligence.

Only that the retrieved data sets contain no entry with that number. This does not settle the absence of an authorisation: the entity may have operated under a different number, the entry may have been created after the data set was retrieved, and some activities require no licence at all. The status is confirmed by the register search of the President of URE.

A licence from the President of URE concerns a type of activity: generation, trading, distribution, transmission or storage, and it has an expiry date. An entry in the MIOZE generator register concerns a specific small installation: it has a capacity, a technology and a locality. One company may be in both registers at once, and the company card shows this side by side.

On the company card, in the Capacity market tab. It holds the positions from the most recent main auction and from earlier auctions, each with the delivery year, the auction type and the length of the capacity agreement. The company card places on the map the localities from MIOZE entries and the registered offices from generation licences, because only those entries carry a location. Clicking a point opens a parcel check in that locality. A company without such entries has nothing to place on the map, and the caption under the map says so plainly.
