For sellers, publishing a listing
The Operator (Foundation EFET) invoices publication fees. Two listing types: large (an RES project or operating plant) and small (land, equipment, storage). Legal handling of the transaction itself is a separate HWW service.

Project publication (PLN 899 net) is charged by the Operator (Foundation EFET). The Transaction Package is a separate legal service, invoiced by your chosen law firm (HWW as default). The Operator does not verify and is not responsible for the content of published offers.
