Frequently asked questions

What exactly am I paying PLN 199 per month for?

For full values on three profiles and for your own listings. With full values, the land parcel profile shows the nearest substation's available capacity from the operator's list, the total applications in the queue, the local spatial development plan (MPZP), protected areas and flood risk. The company profile with full values provides the sum of capacities from MIOZE entries, dates of licences issued by the President of URE, the total capacity obligation from the latest auction, and the composition of corporate bodies and shareholders to the extent disclosed by the KRS dataset, with surnames masked at source. The generating unit profile with full values shows the capacity obligation in every earlier auction in the dataset, and you publish listings with no limit on how many.

Why do the first three months cost PLN 19?

Because three months is the shortest fair period to assess the data and offer your project on the market. The first three months cost PLN 19 excluding VAT per month (PLN 23.37 including VAT); from month four, the price is PLN 199 excluding VAT per month (PLN 244.77 including VAT). The payment schedule appears in the order summary before you pay anything.

How does the variant with listing unlocks differ from Full access?

Only by the unlocks. The “Full access with unlimited listing unlocks” variant costs PLN 490 excluding VAT/month (PLN 602.70 including VAT) and gives you everything in Full access plus unlimited unlocks of other parties' listings, including listings above 25 MW. Unlimited means as many listing unlocks as you need for your work. This variant has no introductory period; the price applies from the first month.

Can I switch to the variant with listing unlocks during a subscription?

Yes, in your account. You pay the price difference for the remaining days of the current period, calculated pro rata, and you see the exact amount before you confirm the change. From the next period you pay the price of the new variant.

How many listings can I publish?

No limit on how many, in either variant. Every listing undergoes formal moderation: we check completeness, and you confirm your authority to publish the listing through a declaration in the form. We do not verify the truth of the data or the value of the project (Section 2(10) of the Terms and Conditions).

How long is a listing visible?

A project listing stays live for 12 months from publication and a land listing for 6 months, also after the subscription ends. Each one shows which data come from the seller and which from public registers.

Can I add a listing without a subscription?

You add a listing under Full access, during the introductory period for PLN 19 excluding VAT/month. There is no separate listing fee, and a published listing remains for its own period even after you cancel the subscription.

Why is access to the seller's contact details charged separately?

Because it is not a platform feature, it is someone else's data. An unlock costs PLN 49 excluding VAT (PLN 60.27 including VAT) for listings up to 25 MW and PLN 389 excluding VAT (PLN 478.47 including VAT) above 25 MW, charged once for the selected listing. We keep it outside the basic subscription so that advertisers do not receive enquiries without cover. When you unlock contacts regularly, the variant with unlimited listing unlocks is often cheaper: counted together with the price of Full access, it works out cheaper from the 6th unlock up to 25 MW in a month (6 × PLN 49 + PLN 199 = PLN 493 against PLN 490 excluding VAT/month), and for projects above 25 MW from the very first one.

How long does an unlock last?

An unlock bought individually remains in your account while the listing is published, also after you cancel the subscription. Unlocks from the variant with listing unlocks work for as long as the subscription lasts.

What is free without signing in?

Browse listings with parameters (technology, capacity, voivodeship and stage), use the map and filters, and view investor enquiries, calculators, market statistics and the knowledge base. The free version does not show parcel numbers, seller details or documents. The available capacity map remains free, including for people without a subscription.

Do I need an account to check a parcel?

You make the first check straight away, without signing in. The next one requires a free account. Full values on the land parcel, company and unit profiles belong to the subscription.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my listings?

Cancel at any time on the Payments page in your account, without a notice period or further charges. Full access continues until the end of the paid month. We do not refund a month that has started, except as provided in the Terms and Conditions (Section 13(6) and (8), and Section 25). Published listings remain for their own period: 12 months for projects and 6 months for land.

Who issues the invoice?

The VAT invoice for the subscription is issued each month by EFET Foundation, the platform's operator. You conclude the contract directly with the operator, with no intermediary and no transaction commission. HWW Hewelt Wojnowski Lindner i Wspólnicy sp.k. is the platform's legal adviser.

Do I pay a commission on the transaction?

No. You pay for the subscription and for unlocks, never on the value of the transaction or the price of the project. You conduct the talks and the contract with the other party yourself, outside the platform.

Billing rules and caveats

Prices exclude VAT; amounts including VAT are shown in brackets. We issue a VAT invoice for every payment. The first three months of Full access cost PLN 19 excluding VAT per month; from the fourth month, PLN 199 excluding VAT per month. The variant with listing unlocks costs PLN 490 excluding VAT per month from the first month.

Cancel your subscription at any time: access remains available until the end of the paid month, with no notice period. Payments for a billing period that has started are non-refundable, subject to the exceptions in the Terms. A published project listing remains visible for 12 months, or 6 months for a land listing, including after the subscription ends.
