Sources and terms
TransakcjeOZE.pl tools display data from registers and publications maintained by public authorities and system operators. This page explains where each dataset comes from, the terms under which it may be reused, how we process it and the date to which the displayed information relates.
Rules we apply to every figure
We provide a source and an as-of date for every value. A tool's as-of date is the oldest date among the datasets that it actually loads, so the date label never promises more than the underlying data support. We do not publish our own forecasts, assessments or aggregate indicators calculated from third-party data. We do not copy the text of administrative decisions; we link to the document held by the issuing authority.

Terms of Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne
For data obtained from PSE, we use the attribution required by that operator, retained here in its original Polish wording: “Informacja pozyskana ze strony www.pse.pl, wg stanu strony na dzień DD.MM.RRRR, przetworzona w części”. This means that the information was obtained from www.pse.pl, reflects the website as at the stated date and has been partly processed. The date is replaced with the data as-of date shown beside the tool. We do not use PSE's combined word and graphic mark. The processing performed is described below.
Processing note
We do not alter the substance of the source data. Processing consists of storing retrieved records in the Website's own format, selecting certain fields, joining records from different datasets by tax identification number or entry number, removing duplicates and converting units to megawatts where the source uses kilowatts. We do not round numerical values up or fill missing fields with estimates.
How we retrieve data from the Energy Regulatory Office API
We retrieve complete entities without narrowing filters: MIOZERegistry, ConcessionOtherFuel, OperatorElectricitySystem and ClosedDistributionSystem. Requests run sequentially, with intervals and retries to comply with service limits. We record the retrieval date and time in the data file and display them as the tool's data as-of date.
Personal data of individuals
Some entries in registers maintained by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office concern individuals conducting business. We process these data on the basis of legitimate interests. Section 21 of the Privacy Policy provides the information required by Article 14 GDPR. Data subjects may object to their data being displayed on the Website. Section 22 of the same Policy describes the procedure; requests can be sent to biuro@fundacjaefet.pl.
Reporting a data error
Please report discrepancies between the information we display and the source to biuro@fundacjaefet.pl. Include the page address, the value in question and the source used for comparison. We correct data in the next dataset refresh. If the error originates in the source, we inform the person who reported it.
Responsibility
We present data as made available by the authority or operator. They do not replace an extract from a register, a certificate or connection conditions issued by the operator. The source information as at the date on which it is used always takes precedence.
