How is a listing published after payment?

The Operator moderates listings with legal support from HWW: it checks that the required listing fields are complete (formal moderation), then publishes the listing. The Operator does not verify the truth of project data; the seller is responsible for it. The moderation status is shown in the My listings panel.

Can I engage HWW outside the platform?

Yes. HWW provides comprehensive legal services, including RES transactions, regulatory opinions, URE licences and disputes before the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (SOKiK). Send enquiries about ongoing cooperation directly to kancelaria@hww.pl. Engaging HWW is not a condition of using the platform.

Is my enquiry confidential?

Yes. Enquiries sent to the Operator are processed in accordance with GDPR. Enquiries sent to HWW are also covered by the professional secrecy obligations of advocates and legal advisers. The content of your enquiry is not shared with third parties without your consent.

Do you handle international transactions?

Yes, for RES assets in Poland. The platform operates in Polish; the Operator communicates in English with investors from outside Poland. Please indicate this in the Message field.
