The wrong site and the wrong counterparty cost more than the entire initial assessment
This is the advance payment alone for connection to a grid above 1 kV (PLN 60/kW, based on the statutory rate). Before paying it, check the reported capacity and substation queue according to the operator’s latest data. The Platform does not replace connection conditions: the operator makes the binding determination.*
This is the number of entries in operators’ queue lists: issued connection conditions, executed agreements and, for one operator, also sources that are already connected (the publication date for each operator is shown in the tool). Buying land without checking the queue means joining the end of a queue that is not visible on the map.

Check a land parcel for RES

Check a company and its installations
Before signing an agreement, check whether the counterparty has what it claims to have.
3,309 licences of the President of URE and 8,571 installations in the register of generators, counted by register row, in a single search instead of two separate registers on the authority’s pages. You enter a name, a NIP number or a locality and see at once whether the company you are negotiating a lease, an electricity sale agreement or a project purchase with appears where it claims to appear.
- Every company by tax identification number (NIP), with KRS registration data on its profile.
- Status in the Ministry of Finance VAT taxpayer list, with the check date.

Check generating units and the capacity market
Before signing an agreement with a capacity provider, check what it committed to in the auction.
Capacity market units from the latest main auction, each with its code, type, capacity obligation amount and agreement duration, together with the provider to which it belongs. Using the same entity’s tax identification number (NIP), we add its licences issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) and MIOZE register entries, so one entry point shows both the capacity obligation and the authorisations.
- Search by unit code, provider or tax identification number (NIP).
- Filters: unit type and annual or multi-year agreement.
- Unit profile: latest delivery year and earlier auctions for the same code.
- Provider profile with the total capacity obligation in the latest delivery year.
The same registers nationwide rather than for a single location, company or unit. All four are free of charge, with no search limits.
Available grid connection capacity in Poland
Lists from five distribution system operators (PGE, Tauron, Enea, Energa and Stoen) and the transmission system operator PSE on one map: nearly 600 primary substations (GPZ) with capacity reported for generators, the number of applications in the queue and their total megawatts. Instead of opening six lists in six formats, filter one map by voivodeship, voltage and capacity threshold. Each operator’s data includes its publication date, so you know the date of the information you are viewing. A browsable table of substations is shown beside the map.

Hourly PSE data for the whole country and pressure at around 30 extra-high-voltage nodes: redispatch hours, hours with negative prices, and sequences of six or more consecutive such hours that the Renewable Energy Sources Act excludes from support (certificates of origin, Article 46). This covers the national scale and transmission nodes, not an individual land parcel.

Free fee calculator based on statutory rates (Article 7 of the Energy Law as in force from 30 April 2026): application fee, advance payment, security and deadlines, including 14 days to provide security after executing a connection agreement. Scope: connections to a grid above 1 kV; the operator issues the binding conditions. The scope is intentionally narrow: the calculator calculates rates from the supplied parameters because the form does not identify a substation. A connection report with the reported capacity, queue and deadlines for a specific substation opens from a land parcel check, where the point has already been matched. The calculator itself and the lists themselves remain free of charge.

URE, PSE, DSO, GUNB, GUGiK, GDOŚ, KRS and the Ministry of Finance VAT taxpayer list. Every value has a named source. No forums, listings or guesswork.
Each dataset includes the publication date of its source list. You know what information you are relying on before deciding about land or a counterparty.
The demonstrations on this page contain illustrative values and state this expressly. With Full access, every figure is labelled with its actual source list.
We show VAT status with the check date. We refresh GUNB permit data on business days. We show capacity lists with the operator’s publication date: when updates are slower, the source publishes more slowly, not us.

No. This option provides the tools and your own listings. Unlocking a third-party listing (land parcel numbers and seller contact details) carries a separate charge: PLN 49 excluding VAT up to 25 MW, PLN 389 excluding VAT above that threshold, or a subscription option for PLN 490 excluding VAT/month with unlimited listing unlocks. Unlimited means as many listing unlocks as you need for your work.
Where does the data come from and is it current?
From public registers: URE, PSE, operator lists, GUNB, GDOŚ, KRS and the VAT taxpayer list. Values in the tools have named sources, and the list publication date is shown beside the data in the tool and in the “Dataset status” line at the bottom of this page.
Can I cancel after the first month?
Yes. The subscription renews monthly and you can cancel at any time without a notice period. You can subscribe for a month, check your land parcel and cancel; this is normal use of Full access.
What happens after the third month?
From the fourth month, the subscription renews automatically at PLN 199 excluding VAT/month (PLN 244.77 including VAT), with no change of scope: the tools and the listings with no limit on their number both remain. Your next renewal date is shown on the Payments page in your account, where you can also cancel the subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period.
