The cadastral district and parcel number appear in a land registry extract and in the notarial deed, and the parcel number also in the land and mortgage register. Outside cities the district usually carries the name of the locality, for example Trzebnica. In cities it is often numeric: 6-04-03 in Warsaw, 090 in Gdansk, S-1 in Krakow.
You can also enter the full parcel identifier, for example 146518_8.0403.35, or coordinates. A postcode is not enough: land records do not recognise it, so we will then ask for the cadastral district.

Sixteen layers from public registers, each queried separately
The card does not create source data. It takes what the registers have published and, for the chosen point, calculates distances and the match to the nearest substation, with a source and a status date beside every layer. The layers stand in three groups: whether the grid will take it, whether the land allows it, and what is already happening nearby. For a chosen location the card shows those layers that have that location in their dataset, and for the remaining ones it states which source did not respond.

Where can I check available grid connection capacity for a parcel?
Grid operators publish available capacity in their capacity lists. This page shows the value for the substation nearest to the checked point, with the list date. The nearest substation provides geographical context; it does not confirm capacity availability for a specific project.
How much does a RES parcel check cost?

Where does the parcel data come from?

How do I obtain the project price?
We do not publish prices on the map or cards. Agree the price directly with the seller after unlocking the listing.
Is the parcel check a legal opinion or investment recommendation?

How do I check a parcel if I only know its address, not its parcel number?
Enter an address with a house number. We convert it into a point and identify the parcel in land records that contains it. If it is not the correct parcel, enter the municipality and parcel number or click the correct location on the map.
